Promotion Terms & Conditions

General Information

Promotion period:
23 March 2026 – 31 May 2026 (inclusive).

Participation in the promotion is available only to partners working under the Revenue Share (RS) model. Partners operating under other commercial models are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

To participate in the promo, you need to:
– be over 18 years old
– be an active RS partner of 1xpartners.com
– work with geo India and be in touch with your personal manager.

Participation in the promotion requires mandatory registration. Registration must be completed through the dedicated promotion landing page:
1xdreams.in 

The affiliate program reserves the right to approve or reject a partner’s registration at its sole discretion.

Promotion Mechanics

Registered partners have the opportunity to receive a fixed weekly bonus in addition to their standard Revenue Share commission.

Bonuses are awarded based on the number of valid India FTDs generated during each weekly reporting period.

Weekly Bonus Levels

Weekly bonuses are awarded according to the following structure:

Weekly performance is calculated according to the following reporting period:
Monday 00:00 – Sunday 23:59 (platform reporting timezone).

The partner receives one weekly bonus based on the highest achieved level.

Bonuses cannot be combined or transferred to another reporting period.

Additional IPL Leaderboard Bonus

In addition to weekly bonuses, the Top 3 partners with the highest total number of valid India FTDs during the entire promotion period will receive an increased Revenue Share commission for three months after the promotion ends.

Leaderboard rewards:

Leaderboard rankings are determined by the total number of valid India FTDs generated during the full promotion period.

The increased Revenue Share rate for Top-3 partners remains valid only if the partner’s traffic continues to meet the following conditions during the bonus period:

• At least 60% of the partner’s total monthly traffic must originate from India
• Traffic must be non-fraudulent
• Traffic must comply with the affiliate program rules and policies

If these conditions are not met, the affiliate program reserves the right to revise or cancel the increased RS rate at its sole discretion.

Traffic Verification

To confirm eligibility for bonus payouts, partners may be required to provide information regarding their traffic sources, including but not limited to:

• traffic sources with links
• traffic placements with links
• promotional materials
• links used to attract users

Failure to provide the requested information may result in:

• rejection of bonus payments
• removal from the promotion

Prohibited Traffic

The following traffic sources and practices are strictly prohibited:

• fraudulent traffic
• misleading advertising (mislead)
• incentivized or motivated traffic
• brand bidding / brand stealing
• any activity violating the affiliate program’s terms and conditions

Bonus Payment Terms

Bonus payments may be processed within up to two (2) months after the partner is confirmed as eligible for the reward.

All bonus payments are subject to internal verification procedures conducted by the affiliate program’s security team.

Payment Method

Bonus payments will be made using the same wallet that the partner uses for regular affiliate payouts.

For the purposes of this promotion, payment methods are limited to:

• Player account balance
• Cryptocurrency wallet

The affiliate program reserves the right to determine the final payment method.

Right to Refuse Participation or Payment

The affiliate program reserves the right to refuse participation in the promotion or reject bonus payments without providing detailed justification if suspicious, fraudulent, or abnormal activity is detected.

All such decisions are made at the sole discretion of the affiliate program.

Limitation of Liability

The affiliate program shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or expenses incurred by partners as a result of participation in the promotion.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• technical errors or system failures
• delays in bonus processing
• incorrect tracking caused by third-party platforms
• interruptions in the operation of the platform or affiliate tracking systems

Under no circumstances shall the affiliate program be liable for lost profits, loss of traffic, or loss of business opportunities related to participation in the promotion.

Force Majeure

The affiliate program shall not be responsible for any delay, modification, suspension, or cancellation of the promotion caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include, but are not limited to:

• natural disasters
• government restrictions or regulatory changes
• war or political instability
• internet outages or technical disruptions
• failures of third-party service providers

In such circumstances, the affiliate program reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.

Interpretation of Rules

In the event of any dispute, ambiguity, or inconsistency in the interpretation of these promotion rules, the final decision and interpretation shall remain solely with the affiliate program.

The affiliate program reserves the right to:

• interpret these Terms & Conditions
• determine the validity of traffic and FTDs
• make final decisions regarding bonus eligibility and payouts

All decisions made by the affiliate program regarding the promotion are final and binding.
